Fisher Arnold has been working with developer Boyle Investment Company, since the early to mid-1990s on Schilling Farms Planned Development, an approximate 450-acre mixed-use development located in Collierville, Tennessee. We have provided site entitlement planning, surveying, site engineering and landscape design services on the overall development and many of the individual phases of development, including design of all of the early, critical infrastructure such as the road network and major utility improvements.
The Schilling Farms Water Tower District encompasses the northwestern most 53.78 acres, which will consist of multi-family, retail, office, and other commercial uses. The original water tower that inspired the district’s name was part of pre-development agricultural uses, including this property previously being the North American tractor testing facility for Ford. It will be relocated to a prominent location within the area to become the icon for the Water Tower District.
Patton & Taylor Enterprises are co-developing the project with Boyle. Memphis-based LRK, New York-based Cooper Robertson, and Nashville-based Kiser + Vogrin Design are designing the project.
