The 8-acre site will include 180 units for Memory Care, Assisted Living and Independent Living residents. Construction is underway at the future main entry porte-chere at The Pointe at Kirby Gate in Germantown TN will have extensive landscaping, benches and sidewalks. David Baker, Manager, Land Planning and Landscape Architecture, is providing project coordination and is assisting with obtaining the necessary project entitlements.
