Magnolia Preserve is a 38-acre residential development located in the southeast portion of the Town of Collierville. The average size lots within Magnolia Preserve are 15,000 square feet. Fisher Arnold prepared the site amenity package for this development. These amenities include walking trails, playground, pool and pool house, arbors, detailed streetscape, and landscape buffers. Additionally, we assisted in and provided support for the required governmental approvals.
